Exhibitors Flocking to AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST 2010 Automotive Services Show

Exhibitors from throughout the automotive service industry are signing up at a record pace for the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey’s (AASP/NJ) 33rd annual NORTHEASTTM 2010 Automotive Services Show. The latest exhibitor list includes such industry stalwarts as 3M, DuPont, Eppy’s Tool & Equipment, Mitchell, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sherwin-Williams and Valspar. These companies are just a few of the over 200 expected to turn out for the event, scheduled to take place March 19-21 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (MEC) in Secaucus, NJ.

The exhibitors are just one part of the multi-faceted event, which also focuses on training, education and industry discussion. “Every year, we try to put together the most comprehensive show possible,” AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell said. “Whether it’s having the latest equipment or technology on display or having the latest in industry training and certification, the NORTHEASTTM Show functions to supply industry professionals with everything they could possibly need to make their shops more profitable and more successful. All of these vendors who are signing up know that the show is the best place to reach their Northeast customer base. And the shops that attend know that this is the best pace to prepare for the future. Like the show’s tagline says, ‘The future is here. Are you ready?’”

The NORTHEASTTM seminar slate will be released early next week. McDowell is looking forward to the response. “We are once again in one of those ‘critical’ times for our industry,” he said. “There aren’t too many places that can prepare you for what’s coming. But NORTHEASTTM 2010 can. It’s become a mater of survival. It’s up to the repairers to take advantage of what we’re offering.”
