2.16.26 – Maximizing sales and profitability is absolutely essential in becoming and staying profitable. With this in mind, the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) will kick off its 2026 educational series this month with Part One of “The Final Review Advantage,” a two-part workshop designed to help shops become and stay profitable in the new year.
Piggybacking on the success of last year’s estimating seminar, AASP/NJ Collision Chairman Jerry McNee (Ultimate Collision Repair, Inc; Edison, NJ) will team up once again with John Niechwiadowicz (QLC, Inc.) to help attendees better understand final bill repair photo review, true cost of labor (TCOL) and key performance indicators (KPIs) while also reviewing estimate documentation and how to measure performance.
The event will be presented in two parts – beginning February 25 at Indasa USA in Fairfield, NJ and concluding at AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST® Automotive Services Show next month!
“Busy doesn’t mean profitable,” explains McNee. “This workshop gives shops a repeatable final review process that helps capture missed dollars and protect margins. We’ll show attendees how to add a final review to every estimate – tightening documentation, improving photo review, and strengthening the final bill process. This is practical, shop-ready training owners, as well as managers and employees, can apply immediately to improve performance and profitability. ”
As McNee explains, AASP/NJ appreciates the generous support of sponsors Metropolitan-Car-o-liner, Central Paint and Reliable Automotive Equipment (RAE) to help make this event a success.
“We’re grateful for the support of our sponsors in helping bring high-value education to the collision repair community,” he says.
“The Final Review Advantage – Part One” will be held on Wednesday, February 25 from 3pm to 9pm at Indasa USA Academy. Cost is $150 per person for AASP/NJ members in good standing, while non-members pay $250 a person.
All attendees who sign up for Part One will receive free access to Part Two, which will be held on Saturday, March 21 at NORTHEAST 2026 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (MEC) in Secaucus, NJ.
