The competition of the year is back for the fourth consecutive year at AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST® Automotive Services Show, returning to the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ March 20-22!
Taking place on Saturday, March 21 from 10am to 4pm, the NORTHEAST Bodywork Bowl has quickly become a favored highlight of AASP/NJ’s flagship event. Collision repairers can compete in the three categories – painting, welding and estimating – to earn some serious bragging rights and receive extraordinary prizes!
“I’m so excited for the 2026 Bodywork Bowl,” expresses Jill Tuggle, executive director of the Auto Body Association of Texas (ABAT), who coordinates the competition annually for AASP/NJ. “We mean it when we say it gets bigger and better each year, and this year is no different! We expect the biggest group of competitors to date and more spectators than ever before to cheer them on. And the stakes are high! We have some amazing prizes thanks to our generous sponsors.”

The fun and friendly competition often draws crowds of spectators at NORTHEAST, making it one of the most anticipated events of the show every year. NORTHEAST 2026 will also feature a packed weekend of educational courses taught by the best of the best in the collision and mechanical industry, including this year’s addition of Spanish-speaking courses! Thousands of industry professionals are expected to travel to Secaucus this March, creating perfect networking opportunities for your shop!
