AASP/NJ™ Hosts 5th Annual NORTHEAST™ Family Day

There is something for everyone at the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ)’s 36th annual NORTHEAST™ 2013 Automotive Services Show. The group will feature their fifth annual Family Day event on the final day of NORTHEAST™ for attendees who’d like to have something for their kids to enjoy as they visit the Northeast’s largest automotive repair show, taking place March 8, 9 and 10 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center of Secaucus, NJ.

On Sunday, March 10, AASP/NJ will proudly present the NORTHEAST™ Family Day event from 12pm – 2pm in the NORTHEAST™ Seminar Area. Here, children 10 and under will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of arcade games, hot dogs & ice cream, face painting, sports inflatables and much more! And best of all, IT’S FREE!

AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell is proud of the uniqueness of Family Day. “I think we are one of – if not the only – automotive service show that offers this kind of event for our attendees,” he says. “Family Day gives show goers the chance to spend an afternoon not only checking out the latest in equipment and education in the industry, but also the opportunity to have some fun and games with their families in a fun environment. Those who have attended over the years have had a great time.

“It’s really quite an interesting concept. Most of us don’t have the time we’d like to have to spend with our families or the time to look at the newest technology or get educated,” McDowell continues. “At NORTHEAST™, you have time for all of that.
