2.26.24 – There really is only one place on the East Coast where automotive and collision repair professionals can train to be the champion of their businesses – the NORTHEAST 2024 Automotive Services Show. The gloves are off March 15-17 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (MEC) in Secaucus, NJ as the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey’s (AASP/NJ) flagship event returns with all the training, tools and equipment shops need to fight the good fight and deliver a knockout!

With the main event only a few weeks away, show promotion has hit the ground running! The latest NORTHEAST promotional video is sure to motivate every repairer to go the distance to make sure they get to Secaucus this March.

Paying homage to the famous training montage from the classic film Rocky, the video (available at bit.ly/NE24promo) features NORTHEAST’s very own prizefighter in training, running and punching their way past the locations of some of the many familiar automotive brands that support the show yearly, while the names of automotive world heavyweights – the “stars” of this year’s show – flash across the screen as the iconic theme song “Gonna Fly Now” gets the viewer pumped to put on their gloves and get in the ring at NORTHEAST.

“The best way to get people’s attention is by putting something together they identify with,” says NORTHEAST Show Manager Thomas Greco. “And who doesn’t identify with Rocky Balboa? That montage and theme song are universally known, so we decided to recreate it and tie in many of the great things happening at the NORTHEAST Automotive Services Show, and at the same time, add a little humor to it. I think anyone who watches will not only get a kick out of it but, more importantly, want to attend NORTHEAST.”

The largest regional show of its kind, NORTHEAST offers an abundance of opportunities to the thousands of industry professionals who travel from all over the country to take in the latest equipment innovations and experience the best automotive and collision repair training around. Attendees can also interact with peers and meet celebrities such as Dave Kindig of MotorTrend’s Bitchin’ Rides, courtesy of Gold Show Sponsor AkzoNobel. And there will be an opportunity for repair professionals who literally want to get in the ring when the Second Annual Bodywork Bowl Collision Repair Skills Competition gets underway. All weekend long, technicians can show off their skills in welding, estimating and painting for a chance to win amazing prizes.

Admission to NORTHEAST 2024 is FREE by pre-registering in advance. To pre-register, sign up for the educational slate (single sessions cost $30 each; get a huge discount on a full access pass for just $249) or sign up for the Bodywork Bowl, visit aaspnjnortheast.com.
